We use UPS to ship our products. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is prepared to ship. Each email contains a tracking link so you can follow along as your package travels to your door.

Quality assurance is something we take seriously. It starts with using the highest quality ingredients and
continues right down to how we handle, package and ship your order. In the unlikely event that
your order arrives defective (i.e. safety button has popped or glass jar has been broken during
shipping) or the contents you received are not correct, you can request a refund or replacement within 30
days of receipt. We will get a new shipment in the mail as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction
with our products is extremely important to us and we stand by everything we sell.
