Shakshuka

- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 medium onion diced
- 6 cups sauce (Spicy Blush Sauce or Butternut Cauliflower Sauce
- 2 medium onion diced
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved 

- 3 tablespoons of oil

• Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers. Sautee onions for 30 minutes on medium. Add in sauce, folding into onions.
• Make a dip where you want the eggs to go. Crack eggs and place in dip.
• Place tomatoes in the sauce.
• Place in a 12” cast iron pan in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
